Des has been absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, she was present, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Since I was out of state during much of the search, she went above and beyond by visiting properties on my behalf and sending detailed videos, which made the decision process so much easier and more informed. She also provided invaluable information about the area, not only to help me find the right house, but to truly get settled and feel confident about the move. On top of that, she even helped by receiving packages on my behalf before I arrived, which speaks volumes about her dedication and generosity. Des was available every day—including weekends—always ready to assist me, answer questions, and guide me through each step of the process. She made what could have been a very stressful relocation feel smooth and manageable. I truly could not have asked for a better realtor and highly recommend her.

Des did a great job. The property I bought was my second choice in the community, she dealt with a delusional property owner who kept changing his asking price even after a full price offer. After many texting counseling sessions, I decided my second choice was the better choice.

My husband and I are first time home buyers. We went through 2 other realtors before we found Des, and 3rd time was the charm. Des was nothing but helpful and supportive. She went above and beyond and made house hunting fun. We saw a lot of houses with her, and got out bid a bunch of times. With Covid, the market has been crazy. No matter how discouraged we were getting, she never gave up. We found our first home with her and I could not be more grateful. She is the best and would recommend her to anyone!!!

Des had the patience to show us a lot of homes and prevented us from buying overvalued or distressed homes. She also became our friend in the long process of buying a home in a seller's market. Eventually we found the right home and were able to get it at the correct market price despite the insanity of the bidding wars. Des will not use typical real estate sales chicanery to get you into just "any" house. We recommend her to anyone that is looking for an honest yet effective realtor.

Although we couldn't buy a home for us in this hot real estate market, Des was a great help in our search for properties.
